This is what I was working on while I made mugs. Dresser is 48” tall x 36” wide & 20” deep. It’s kind of a heavy pig. Lots of sanding and 6 coats of polyurethane. I still need to put pulls on the drawers. Haven’t decided what I want to use.

Thanks for looking

Nice piece of work. Might I suggest making your pulls, using the wood as used on the top.
Thanks for showing.

Looks good Monte, I made one similar to this for our son about 25 years ago that he still uses. I think pine is a beautiful furniture lumber.

I’m starting to really like the blue pine…. and the live edge on the top is a nice touch.

That blue pine is quite striking ! Wikipedia says blue pine “is a coniferous evergreen tree native to the Himalaya, Karakoram and Hindu Kush mountains”. I am assuming you didn’t have to go that far to get it. Does it grow in your area ? Is it expensive ?

Very nice Monte. Especially like the top and live edge. I like the idea of wood pulls made from the same wood as the top (maybe even with some live edge on them). A single long, narrow strip with an undercut front would break up the drawer fronts nicely. IMHO
