Well, we finally had the birthday party for my daughter and was able to present her the blue chair made from white cedar scraps. Cushion was a season close-out at 60% off.

As I mentioned in my other project I thought I might have enough scrap for one more chair. Well, I did. So I made one for her husband. And stained it green.

Shhhhh…don’t tell anyone tho.

We’re going to have his birthday party this weekend.

I love the design. Any chance you have plans or a sketch up model?

Great set. They look really comfortable, enough to fall asleep in on a great fall night.

Oh yes, they are supremely comfortable! I am the lucky daughter who received these chairs and they are enjoying their new life by our fire pit. We love how wide the arms are too- we scooted them together and had the perfect table to play cards on in front of the fire.

Have your say...
