this is a picture of my new patio table i made from western red cedar 5\4 decking it is 42 inches wide i had a truck load of 5\4 western red cedar scrap decking and i needed a idea to use some of the scraps and this is what i came up with i know it might not look like a perfect circle but i did the best i could with out a well set up shop the legs were made of 1×3 laminated and glued and screwed together i used all stainless steel screws the table is finished with 6 coats of low gloss tung oil
next on my to do list is the 4 garden chairs to go with it hope you all like it i,m proud of it first round table i ever made

very nice, love using scrap & recycled wood. More pictures would be great! We want to see the joinery, the construction underneath, etc.

As someone who lives in WRCedar country, it’s nice to see that it is being used way out on the east coast ! Great use of scrap pieces !
