My wife asked me to build a small table to fit what she considered a “bare spot”. This is what I built for her.

Dragonnotes, pretty standard construction. I used dowels to connect apron to legs. The table is made of poplar with a Transtint Cordovan dye and poly semi-gloss topping. The curve feature is bent lamination. Please let me know if you have any other questions and thanks for looking.
