Here is a crib I have built for my soon to be grandchild. I wanted all the wood to be from Mississippi. The body is Cypress, the bowties are Sweet Gum and the bottom is Red Ceder.

This is the perfect gift for your daughter and grand-baby Dave…....It turned out perfect. Although the cats have seemed to claim it already…...

Love the dovetails and bowties…............

Thanks Jeff. My wife got a bit miffed when she saw that picture. I told her I didn’t put them there, there kittens they just helped themselves.

If it’s new and looks like a box – the cats gotta get in it! Looks likes Safety Cat is enjoying the BLO….! Maybe they get a little kitty buzz going?

Funny, he did walk away licking his feet. We will know later if the mice are gathered around him pointing the paws and saying ” Look at that cat man, he is gone!”

Terrific Dave! I love this build and the vids. Great lines on this. Ha….The cat pics are great too. Hell of a nice job on this project. Thanks so much for posting it and inspiring us!
