Writing desk made from poplar. The poplar was purple in color. Made from plans from Popular Woodworking magazine by Glen Huey.

Wow, that is cool. I have often wanted to make one of those!!. I love the sap wood in the boards, too. It gives it a special character! Thanks for sharing!!!!!!!!!!!!...................Jim
