This is a cherry box for my future sister-in-law’s graduation from pharmacy school. The engraving on the glass was done by a local engraver. Would love to learn how to do it myself. Thanks for looking.

I have been drooling over the laser engraving boxes for about 5 years now, but just can’t justify the cost for a hobbyist. That is a really nice box. I like the subtle details like the arches on the legs.

Very nice box! I’ve been wondering about how a glass top would look and you answered that:GREAT. I think there is a way to etch glass chemically (Wax/nitric acid maybe?)
