Well finally I am getting a chance to post some projects. My youngest finally decided to get married, she’s 37. Great guy. She wanted a wagon to have the flower girl pull the ring bearer down the aisle and asked me to make her one. Thanks to Douginaz and his help I bought a kit and put this little beauty together. All oak and the wheels are from lawnmowers. This was a lot of fun, but as per Doug there was a few hardware changes that had to be made. Also made an arbor for the alter platform. Please no remarks about me in the monkey suit.

Cool projects! Congrats on the wedding. Good to know daughters can find guys their Daddy’s approve of. Hope they still exist when mine are of marrying age, you know 40 or 50 years from now!

I think you did an awesome job and congrats on your daughter getting married.

My last was married Oct last year and that was the very first 55 steps I made from months of practice from the wheelchair.

Congrats on the family wedding… Your daughter looks happy…

Great wagon too. Was trying to figure out how you would use a toy sized buckboard wagon for a wedding, now I know…

No issues with the suit, but you woulda looked better with a stetson with “Father of the Bride” silk screened on it!

It is all very lovely and sweet, as a wedding should be. You have every right to be proud of your couragous and beautiful daughter. And she deserves a whole load of happiness.

BUT “She wanted a wagon to have the flower girl pull the ring bearer down the aisle.” What the heck is that about? Using the flower girl as a draft horse? My, my. Pictures of that little show available? I will bet everyone was “oooooo”ing and “awwww”ing!
