I have know him since the second grade. Any way he needed some CD storage and he had some unused space for these flip racks he bought. With CD’s you want a space to store as many as you can. They seem to multiply themselves. Used Accuride center mount drawer guides to save space. Engineered the assembly to squeeze three flip racks on each drawer. And squeezed three drawers on one side. Put the fourth drawer under the turntable with no problem. Total storage 240 CD’s really not that many but every little bit helps.

Bob,

You did a good job on this. You combined both form and function.

Thanks for the post.

Scott Bryan, thanks for the comment but there seems to one problem with Accuride center mount drawer guides. They are not full extension so you have to use a longer guide. I used 21 in guides but my friend needs a little more space on the top drawer so I’m going to see if I can fit a 23in one in its place.

Just got back from installing the 23in guides. Had to cut the end off a little but he is now able to access the cd’s in the back better.
