Got a nine year old boy visiting and spent a little time in the shop with him building this little racer.
Was fun but he is just too impatient and had to get it done .
This all started when he spotted the rubber gears I made a while ago but they where too big .
He did a fine job staying with it and did all the sanding and more or less did the design .

Ah, good job roping in a youngster. Now he will go home with dreams of all the things he can make.
Great job for a first project – the design is better than I could do!

Great story! Good of you to take time to do this and this kid will remember this when he is our age.
