Optical Illusion Board

First time trying my hand at one of the optical illusion boards. I think It came out alright, if I had gone smaller on the outside squares it would have given it more of that warped look. After I get the hang of this one where I can really make it pop, I would like to try the convergence board, one that looks like everything is falling into the center of the board. Let me know if you have any advice on these types of boards or other designs I can give a go.

That happens to me too. When I use wet wood and too much clamping pressure. For real that is a cool board, thanks for showing.

Nice work…...I look forward to your “falling into” board.

You do great work and I am sure it will be so with that too.

try one of the weaving boards. Better yet do a batch of 10. Good way to use up a pile of offcuts.
