Sadler nice sled you have there. I like the simple approach of using standard lumber for the fences. I recently made a sled myself a few days ago just never posted it. I found a great video on an easy way to really square up the fence to the blade and get it to within a thousands of an inch. Mine is over by .002 but that was way close enough for me. You would need a set of dial calipers to do this though so if you dont have a set of them then the video might not be as much interest to you as I had in mind. Here is the link for the video . If it for some reason does not work you can google “5 cuts to a perfect crosscut sled”

Sadler…Jason..
Great info about the sled and youtube video.
FYI, Festool has a pdf on their Kapex KS120 Miter Saw that explains the same principal but it also has a built in calculator. Go to pages 24 and 25. Also pages 26 and 27 show how to calibrate the bevel angle on a miter saw and another calculator.
Thanks again for the info about yor table saw sled, I’ll have to try it out.
Here it is.
