This is my first real attempt at Intarsia, the pattern is by Judy Gale Roberts. I really enjoyed making this, and probably as a surprise to most, I actually liked doing the shaping process. I have learned a lot doing this, mostly what not to do, so the next one should go a lot smoother, Hopefully!
Wood’s used, Bloodwood, Butternut, Cherry, Alaskan Yellow Cedar, Aspen, Walnut and Poplar dowels for the eyes.
