My first post but not my first rodeo so be kind :-) !. A buddy of mine is building a custom made, computer controlled smoker. We gutted an old 40’s enameled stove and retrofit it with thermocouples and blower controls. Needed a place to house the WiFi tablet and controller so we built a drawer where the burner top use to reside. The stove’s burner control panel didn’t fit with the design and since it’s a low temperature smoker, we decided to add a carved, cherry drawer front to the top off the hard work and give it that extra bit of customization.
