I got the plans for this from Marc Spagnuolo…pretty simple, but since I don’t have very many projects under my belt it was good practice. I had been given 2 sheets 3/4 sandply and had 2×4s on hand from some firewood storage platforms I made, so it was a super cheap storage solution, perfect for the exposed studs in our garage. Super strong design and looks great.

Looks good. :)
Simple and functional, can’t get better than that.

I went the commercial route with rockler’s lumber racks. I grabbed a total of 6 when they had them on sale for $20. When I needed them, I had more money than time. Had I had the time, marc’s is a good design.

I like this design for shelving. I did a similar style for my lumber rack and for shelving in my garage and basement.

Very clean solution, I like!
