Here is my completed Adirondack Chair. This is one of a pair that I made. They are made from white oak which I plan to leave unfinished. Hopefully they’ll weather to a nice silver grey. I used the Veritas Folding Adirondack Chair plans and stainless steel hardware from Lee Valley. This is my first project where I actually started from rough sawn lumber. Turned out to be a lot of work but it was well worth it.

Matt,

Fantastic chair!

The one thing I can suggest, especially if you plan on leaving this untreated, is to take the extra time and plug the screw holes. You will get MANY more years out of this really nice chair.

Great job!

Very nice. A hot summer day, a cool beveridge, and a comfortable chair in the shade. Sounds like summer. Thanks for sharing.
