Re workered Garden Bench

Found this old metal bench so I sandblasted and painted it and put new wood around.(cypress)
the wife is going to put it on her mother’s grave site.it should last awhile.

I have four benches to rebuild…again. This time i plan on using cypress instead of oak. I hope they come out as nice as yours. I am sure others have the same problem as the original wood for these benches turns to dust fairly quickly.
