This was an unexpected project I made for my mother, she was planning on renovating the bathroom in the next couple of years but we noticed a leak in the wax seal of the toilet, after I played plumber for a while and noticed that some of the floor needed to be replaced due to water damage, yada, yada, yada new bathroom! This is made of maple, shaker doors with an espresso stain, baltic birch drawers and a laminate role top. I used the existing mirror we had there before, I just put a maple frame with some crown on it to dress it up a bit and tie it in with the vanity. I left the vanity base off the floor and added a panel on the end of the vanity to give it more of a furniture look.

A great result CS. Those ‘fix it ’ jobs often turn out to be bigger problems
