Made the top one for my son for his b-day. the other is to try a new (to me) design. Top one has bokote handle, bottom is rosewood. Both finished with teak oil. -- Chad -- Buffalo, NY

I buy ATS 34 stainless bar stock from admiral steel then cut it and shape with belt grinder.
