Allows you to slice and dice and sweep the goodies directly onto the plate.

13” wide, 15” long and 1 1/2” thick.

Oak – Walnut – Padauk.

Finished with Watco butcher block oil.

I like it. Very interesting. I think I might try one only making them endgrain as we seem to use alot. Well done.
