July, 2012- The wood for this box is re-sawed from scraps from other projects. Mitered corners. Floating hardwood bottom. Two cleats on the underside of the lid keep it in place, with a snug but gentle fit. Multiple coats of water-based polyurethane satin. This box feels really comfortable to hold.
