That’s a great looking bench. I love slab benches and tables. I’ve not made one in a while, I’ll go check my slabs and see which one gets to be a bench!

That’s nice Tex. I just finished up a 7’ a 5’ benches and a table this last weekend from live edge 3” cedar. I used my skillsaw to make 1 1/2 dados and the fit was so tight that I just used glue so no fateners! Hope to post them dext sunday. Hope you get more work, things have been slow for me too but a good woodworker can do so much more than a carpenter or also do carpentry to stay afloat. Best wishes, Scott.
