I needed a heavy duty floor dolly to move my hard wood boards round in the shop and other heavy items. When I am not using it, I will have it under my band saw so I can move it at ease and lock the wheels to keep it in place.
This floor dolly is made of 4 caster heavy duty locking wheels for under neath.
Made of two pieces of oak plywood with a beautiful grain patterns in it.
two planks of cedar wood 2×2x24 .
the floor dolly has two handles on each end to pick it up easy .
It is 24” x12”.
And Yes that is me holding it up with the wheels showing.
Every wood shop or even garage should have one of these as a helping hand to us.
Thanks all for checking this out, your friendly lumber jock man.

Jeff,
I have two similar to that without the hand hold openings …. thanks for the idea to update mine.
Yes these things are definitely use full and the older you get the more you appreciate them!
I use mine to move projects around, move my planer form storage to a work location etc.!
Where did you get the casters? I get mine from:

It is the lite pieces like these that make doing something so much easier. Great job love the handle placement and the locking wheels

I showed a friend this and he wanted me to make one into a plant dolly with a hole in all 4 corners so he can pull it around with a metal hook on his back porch.
