Gabon Ebony, Holly, and Bloodwood matched set of short reed goose calls. This has nothing official to do with Nascar, the calls just look good with the hat. LOL!
The hardest part with this set and I did no sanding at all the the black and white parts or the black dust would have messed up the holly. I did the entire call with a scraper, and the finish came out great! This set has seen a couple of seasons in the cornfield now and are holding up very well. A few honkers have ended up in the freezer too! These are actual working tools.

i think those are real nice calls—-IF that hat reflects your choice in drivers. if that doesn’t reflect your choice of drivers, you may need to make 12 more calls for a total of #14. Beautiful looking calls!

Those look real nice. Better keep em hidden in the field though. Do you make your own reeds or buy them? If you buy, then where?

Smoke, I don’t have a favorite Nascar driver. I always root against the Office Depot car because I am in the office supply business… LOL! I hope he’s not #14…. :)

Edit: I looked at Wade’s site. Seems like good prices. When I get ready to buy innerds that’ll probably be the place I’ll go. I’m a little overwhelmed but I’m sure an email to Wade will clear most of that up.
