This version of Limbert’s #357 bookcase is in cherry. I scaled the measurements from photos found on the internet. Finish is shellac on the interior and top, Tried and True linseed on the rest. I used Liberon Georgian Mahogany colored wax to try to even out the color of some of the lighter pieces, and followed with Johnson’s paste wax over all. Finding appropriate hardware was a problem. I used Jax Brown/Black potion to make the fake antique finish on the drop pull and backing plate look less fake.
