I made this for my Mother for Mothers Day. She loves to feed the wild Squirrels so I made a Birdhouse that really serves as a nut dispenser. The drawer slides out and it is filled with peanuts. The funny thing is my mom put it outside and the squirrels learned how to open the drawer! Pretty funny, now I have to build her a shelf..

I made all the parts including the trim and the drawer. The base is also cut out in an acorn shape. This one was lots of fun…

I don’t much like squirrels, but I love your feeder.
I hope birds don’t mistake it for a home, and then get surprised by a hungry critter.

Funny thing is I have to close the bird hole because my mom is afraid that a snake or lizard will crawl in.. So the Squirrels are safe.. Thanks for the comment
