I love these, specially ash cheeseboards guess why? I just aquired or bought locally some nice air dried ash and sycamore boards so I will be experimenting myself soon as the foot heals.If ever?LOL Alistair

Those turned out nicely and I like the color in that ash. Our ash seems much whiter and grained like red oak. Can’t wait to see your next ‘bucket list’ project.

Very nice monte, I too have a bucket list. A friend just gave me some pecan wood and I think I’ll try my hand on a cheese board like yours.
