This Green Man came to be after getting some inspiration from Dennis Zongkers Green Man. I decided to do a 3D version. I found this piece of Aspen at 12000’ high in the Rockies, while Terri Lynn and me where prospecting for minerals. The ranger was more than glad to see someone carving up the firewood than burning it because we have had some serious fires going. Also there are no fires allowed period! Well anyway usually Aspen is fun to carve but this piece had its moments. I think I am going to find me a very dense round of doug fir and carve me a gold nugget. It might just start another gold rush. Well lumberjocks see what this altitude does to your senses. Have fun and keep on creating!!!!!!!!!!!

Ahh…...... Michael. One look at the thumbnail and I knew this was your piece.
You capture such character in your faces.
Impressed, inspired, and amazed …....as usual with your carvings.

Outstanding carving! It looks natural in the tree. I’m impressed.
