That key rack was cut out and finished all the way back in 1977. My mother dated the piece, I’m guessing it was my first piece that came home from shop class in 7th grade (middle school these days, back then it was k-8 and then high school).

cool key…as i too still have the first project i made in high school, a magizine rack..the teacher figured we could get two of them from 1 sheet of berch ply..so we built a picnic table an sold tickets to give it away..an that paid for every ones project,,,an had money left to buy the finishing supplys..my project sits in my living room today.. got the makings for a great shop there ned…rome wasn,t built built in a day…because we wasn,t there ..

Thanks Bro. Steve! It’s been awhile in the making, but it is Finally coming close to a ‘real’ working shop.
Lots of projects in the wings, If I can just get through the chaos of moving in.
