Live edge cedar sofa table

This table is made from a cross section of a cedar tree. It still has the bark on the edges and you can see the voids where the branches were attached. the base is Mahogany and the whole piece is finished with multiple coats of rub on poly.

I like it ! Your cedar is a lot more spectacular than our West coast Red Cedar or Yellow Cedar. Is yours really aromatic ?

thank you MC. it is very aromatic i almost didnt want to finish the top so you could smell it. this pic doesnt do the color justice, its even prettier in person

A sofa table that pretty might give your sofa a confidence problem ;-) Very nice.

Very nice classic piece.A sofa table can enhance nearly any living room space.The only problem is making sure you pick a piece that matches up to the rest of the look that you have already created in the room.
