I did this for my in-laws in honor of their 60th wedding anniversary. Their actual anniversary was Dec 18, 2011, so, it only took me 7 months… Really, I had some serious delays…. Anyway, made of Walnut w/Oak inlays and splines, measures about 20×23. I even broke out my scroll saw to cut a few things, and filled with momentos from the little party we had. Pic of them in Dec 1951, and also Dec 2011, along with a pic of their original 8, and a last pic of the whole fam-damily, which I lost count, but, you can see, there are plenty o folks in thar… :) Also some pieces-n-parts of decorations and also an anniversary card from our President & 1st Lady, the Obama’s. Thnx for the looks and any comments, good and/or bad.

My mom & dad made it to 62 years. It’s very special. I’m sure they’ll appreciate it. It’s very nicely done.

-- Mother Nature created it, I just assemble it.

Thnx everyone. This really sounds impossible, but, very possible at the same time. Congrats to any couples out there who make it to these lengths.
