I did this for my in-laws in honor of their 60th wedding anniversary. Their actual anniversary was Dec 18, 2011, so, it only took me 7 months…....lol Really, I had some serious delays…. Anyway, made of Walnut w/Oak inlays and splines, measures about 20×23. I even broke out my scroll saw to cut a few things, and filled with momentos from the little party we had. Pic of them in Dec 1951, and also Dec 2011, along with a pic of their original 8, and a last pic of the whole fam-damily, which I lost count, but, you can see, there are plenty o folks in thar… :) Also some pieces-n-parts of decorations and also an anniversary card from our President & 1st Lady, the Obama’s. Thnx for the looks and any comments, good and/or bad.

My mom & dad made it to 62 years. It’s very special. I’m sure they’ll appreciate it. It’s very nicely done.

Thnx everyone. This really sounds impossible, but, very possible at the same time. Congrats to any couples out there who make it to these lengths.
