i have seen a few of these here, love the concept, so i started throwing this thing together,it will fit my old coleman cooler in it, but i’m pondering something else. i added my old lawnmower wheels, then looking for a handle, my better half pointed and said , what about that, [the bagger handle], with a little tweakiing it fit just fine.hopefully it will hold the weight of a full chest, still got to put something on the lid to keep it from floppong back, and figureing out what type of finish, but i thought i’d post a few pics and maybee get some feed back from the jocks, this is just kindof a test run, so all ideas are welcome, love to tweak it even more if i can, oh yeah, gotta add a bottle opener, and cap catcher, thanks for looking. you can see my workbench is geting tired, and the remains of the lawnmower in the background. [geuss i should clean my shop a bit huh lol]

Nice, ive seen a few on here too. When I’m not so busy I might try one. Are you planning on removing the lid of the cooler that you put in your ice chest or leaving it on for extra insulation? I had in mind for mine that I would remove the lid of the cooler and put some insulation of some type and some self adheasive door sealer on and around the wooden lid of the ice chest. Thanks for posting.

I have GOT to build me one of these! This would be perfect for our barbecues!
