Pens seldom make it to the daily top three. But, that is not why we’re here. 8-)
Turned four pens this afternoon. The first three are Sierras with iPad Stylus.
The first is Buckeye Burl. I just got an iPad, last week, so I did this one for myself.
Next, Flame Box Elder.
Third, Dyed Stablized Box Elder Burl.
The last pen is Cigar pen dressed out in Bloodwood. I love Bloodwood, but this piece has a lot more color than I normally see. It also has a some beautiful figure.

I think Steve Jobs would turn over in his grave if he knew you were making a stylus for the I Pad. He actually fired a designer for designing one for production use. But I bet Mr. Jobs never saw one quite so beautiful either!

These are really nice – great wood selections and the finishes are wonderful.
What do you use for your stylus point? I admit I use a stylus and one like this would be much nicer than the mass produced ones available.

Kay:
The stylus is part of the pen kit. This is a commercial modification of a Sierra pen kit.

Thanks Gene.
The Buckeye is the one I made for myself. It will travel with my iPad, for a while. I javelin been known to sel the pen out of my pocket.
The other two stylus pens were delivered to their new owners this evening.
