This is a cutting board I made the other day. Made from strips of walnut, river birch, purple heart, oak, and cedar.
I used a mineral oil after reading about other oils going rancid. I like the mineral oil finish better.

Nice job. I like the woods you used and the way you rounded/smoothed the edges.
