A Baton for conducting orchestra!
This is for my 15 year old son. He is really into classical music. He composes music and conducts while listening to music for fun.
He asked if I could turn a conductors baton and I said, “of course!”. I had to search the internet for images and we headed out to the shop after lunch. This is what came of it. He was the cameraman and I was the laborer! Ha ha!
The baton is maple with a sapele handle. It has shellac and wax for a finish.
Thanks for looking!

Great baton! He will do you proud when he stands in front of an orchestra some day and tells the audience that his dad made his baton is 2012!!...............Jim
