This is a project I did last month for my upcoming major project build “Bookcase of Secrets”. This item Is from plans at the Woodcraft Store “Dead On Accurate Cross Cut Sled – Downloadable Plan Item #150983D”
I have to say i love this build !! I only regret not getting metal rails with the adjustment nylon spacers. I may redo the deck later and add those very rails. Enjoy :)

I keep meaning to build a new cross cut sled. I have a an old piece of chip board with a ply fence I made up in about 15 mins. Surprinsingly enough it cuts dead square panels so I’m reluctant to spend time and money on something which may not be as accurate.
If I do build one, I like the look of yours and that would be the way to go.
Good job on yours
