This box has sort of a classic rustic look with the simple butt joints held together with brads. It has leather hinges held in with upholstery nails also the handle on the front is of the same style. The lid is two pieces glued together and strengthened with oak dowels that I sanded down to stay flat, and then glued on with epoxy. The bottom is a piece of Ash. Not much else to say about this piece but hey, its a simple look but it looks nice yes?
The box is currently for sale on my Etsy Shop. Thanks for looking and God bless!

Nice job on this. I love the look of this box and the way you used the leather.
