After almost a year since we moved to our new house, I was able to do some work in my basement shop.
they are just made out of pine for my daughter and her books and dvds. they are at the dry fit stage here will put finish on when temp and humidity goes down 105 degrees with 47 percent is just too warm.
I am planning on installing with french cleats.

they look great I agree 105 is way too hot.

How wide and thick are the shelves ?
What are your plans for attaching them to the wall(s)

The shelves are made from common pine, 1×8 3/4 going to attach with french cleats.
thanks for looking. It was harder to get the pics from my phone posted then it was building the shelfs.

I don’t know how many books she has , but you may need to reinforce the shelving…ask me how I know : ) LOL
