Here are all the parts for the next garden light .
Everything is glued together with exterior glue and at the stage to be stained and finished with spar varnish , which I will do before final assembly and I will also install the fabric with screen spline before assembly which will make it a lot easier .
This time I cut grooves for the fabric in the backside of the panels to hold the fabric in place with screen spline and not with battens and pin nails .(see pic 3&6 )
I took a pic of the moulding I made for the top and bottom from a 2×4 with a few simple cuts .
So far I spent about 4 hr on this and two more should finish it.
A easy project and very inexpensive to make from construction grade lumber dried in the shop for six month .
Final pics when installed will follow .
