This is my first shot at some bandsaw boxes. We needed a presentation box for some gifts (pocketwatches) to be given soon, so the wife requested that I make something. These are locally grown red oak laminated w/ walnut, and cherry drawer pulls. The flocking was a diy flocking kit from rockler. I used some felt strips underneath the drawers to help center them a little and get the reveals right. Finished w/ minwax semigloss poly. Really enjoyable to make and pretty quick too.

They look good. You’re now a card carrying member.

Well done, a very good first effort, functional as well as attractive!
