I just commented on your fire truck and then up pops another master piece! I need to get busy too but my 1/8” blade broke so I need to order another one. Your pieces are inspiring! Love them!

I’m lucky I have a local woodcraft store and a local blade maker, I normally use the blade maker I find his a very great price and they are just as good as the name brand blades plus he’s closer to me. :)

Thanks woodshaver

Randy, That is way cool. I really like the design and of course the spalted hackberry and the secret drawer make it very special. How did you finish it? My spalted hackberry soaks up finish like a sponge!

Hi Andy the finish I used was something that donna introduced to me called General finishes Arm-R-Seal oil and urethane topcoat gloss.

That’s very nice! I really like the top tray idea. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone do that before. Excellent.. Just excellent..

Nice wood. Like the design. You put a lot of work into these.
