Made some more cutting boards and trivets after getting some inspiration from this website.

The first one is cherry, maple, and barn wood elm.

The second is cherry and maple.

The third and fourth are barn wood trivets. Just took off two random boards and made an end grain trivet out of them for fun.

The fifth is all small strips of cherry. (Cabinet cut offs)

The last is hickory. (Cabinet cut offs)

I like the swirls you kept in the grain. Mkaes board more interesting

all very nice..I like the first best..I like the center design area.

I think you’ve had some inspiration from Ann Curtis on the board in the first picture. Beautiful work. Love it.

So on your last 2 of random cutoff strips…. ive never understood how to glue just random scraps like that together. 1 row at a time? how would you get them tight? Im confused. Pics in making would help.
