I know you guys are probably getting tired of seeing Canada Geese by now. I just had to show you this from my private colection. He goes about 10 1/2” long x 4 1/2” thick x 5 1/2” high. He is made from 3 pieces of pine wdood, the head, the neck, and the body. As you can see all of the detail was burned in, after the feathers were relieved some what. I estimate that it took me in the area of about 150 to 200 hours to complete. He was done in 1996. I thought the mirror would add another concept.
THANKS FOR YOUR TIME.

Hi Dave,
This is a nice carving. I can see a change in your style with this one. I assume that the other two were done later. Putting it on the mirror emulates being on a lake. Nice idea.
Thanks for the post.

Hi David;
I’d bet if you left this on your porch, someone would shoot it!
Very nice;

Hi Dave
I like this one the best of all the Canada geese you have shown. The burned in feather look more real to me than the painted ones. All of them are beautiful but this one is special. Thanks for posting.
God Bless
