I recently bought a carbatec table saw with router wing – and i thought i might make some extra inserts (it only came with two). I thought the tallow wood contrasted the red gum quite nicely. i used the original inserts with a pattern bit to copy the circle – and drilled out the middle – i used the thicknesser to get it too 4.5mm thick.

You up early too eh? Nice insert. I just bought a Grizzly TS and need to make the same thing. Your zero clearance insert looks to be pauduk or mahogany?
