SPOTED SANDPIPER (NFS)

Project by dlcarver posted 579 days ago 218 views 0 times favorited 3 comments Add to Favorites Watch

THE SANDPIPER is carved from pine wood, then stained with a few touches of paint. Very simply done. Has glass eyes. He is life-size…. about 8” long. I think they call this style ” stick birds ”. He looks almost a little antique. Stick birds are very popular.
THANKS FOR CHECKING IT OUT!

Hi Dave,

As usual another wonderful carving. I can well understand why this style is popular. It is a very nice piece.

Thanks for the post.
