Made from reclaim cedar. With 106 mortises and tenons. I made my own dowel for the handle on the router table. The plans are my own. The finish is outdoor poly semi-gloss. Thanks for looking!

i like to work with cedar alot, do you find it has alot of movement after the finish is on? (oh yeah) very nice cart also.

a 106 tenons may seem like a lot, but really it was not. I do work with cedar a lot, but I do not have the movement problem.

Did you use a Mortise machine or a chisel to cut’em…??

I used a mortise attachment on the drill press. The tenons were cut on the table saw with the stack dado head.
