But . . . . I think the screw lets it down a bit.

How about a purpleheart dowel to hold the knob onto the front if you don’t trust just glueing it on ?

I admit, I cheated with the brass screw. I didn’t have much time to “play” in the shop and was anxious to get it done. No more screws… I promise! LoL
