The template from this cutting is made from a pastel interpretation of a photo of my father who passed away about 30 years ago. Unfortunately the photo has been lost so this is an interpretation of an interpretation of his image. The difficulty was getting a white beard to look right using only cuts that are dark. The cutting is on tiger maple with a velvet backing.

Outstanding. The beard turned out great and the expression in the eyes is wonderful.
