I attempted to “copy” a scalloped vase that a forum friend made, I’m afraid this is a very poor copy but I’ll try again one day using quality wood.

Harry, it opened OK for me…

The single picture you have above, does not do it justice… One of the pictures that show more of the top edge… more from above the vase would show the edge better…

I missed the detail of the scalloped edge the first time I looked at it… very hard to see.

YES! it works now and I am so glad it does. Your single photo does not do this creative vase justice. I think you did a great job and took on a scary challenge! Plus red is my favorite color :)
