One of my distant cousins gave me this slab of walnut that came from a tree that fell in his yard. Its highly figured due to the fact that its from crotchwood. The oak portion of the table is white oak that I salvaged from a barn demo. I used through tennons with walnut wedges on the cross brace. I’ve had this made for about a year now and I’m just now getting around to posting it. Finished with 3 coats of helmsman.
